I have FINALLY gotten one of my friends to audition for MIRF. FINALLY!
I have asked every person I know/randomly met if they'd want to be on cast and they're all like - I can't I'm going to be working/at camp/on vacation/being lazy. Meh. Or they don't want to be on cast because they would most likely not get paid. I have to drill it into their minds that they get in free, they get food books, they get comp. tickets, etc. Then some of them who are still interested find out the date of the audition and are all - oh no, I have AP test/studying/school plays/etc. that day. :(
But I got someone to audition! So Sarge and Capt (hopefully, cross your fingers guys!) have a new recruit courtesy of Lady Kate this season. ^_^
I was going through pictures on a group I joined on facebook that's basically if this guy gets 10,000 members to join the group he gets to have stormtroopers at his wedding. (Now we need to get it up to 20,000 in a bid to get the imperial march played :P) Anywhoodle, the pics were hilarious! But there was one pic that was AWESOME!
Kilted stormtrooper and Darth Vader. I squealed when I saw it. (I want to attach it to the post but it's not working!!) Apparently they got to walk with court and it made me very jealous! I want to be escorted by a stormtrooper!!
It's been awhile since my last update - been very busy! Lots of homework and exams. :( Three more weeks! YAY!
Oh! A good friend of mine just got engaged on Wednesday! *bounce* I get to be one of her bridesmaids! And she also asked me to help her and her mom make her wedding dress and the bridesmaids dresses! She's decided she wants to have the wedding dress from the Princess Bride! We're not sure yet about what we're going to wear but I'm so excited! Been helping her plan a lot of stuff and I'm so proud because I've been very productive! *bounce*
It's really the only thing I can do though since everyone just left this morning for Easter Weekend. And I mean everyone. Most of the kids who live on campus went home, even though most of those kids live 10 minutes away. Stupid Kzoo promise.
Anywhoodle - that's what I've been up to recently!
Makes me wonder if the wireless extends to out by the pond. There are benches over there and even though I'd have to walk 5 minutes there and then back uphill afterwards...it might just be worth it. :D
